About Ed Hiner
Lieutenant Commander Ed Hiner, a decorated Navy SEAL with a 20-year career, led nine major deployments and commanded hundreds of combat operations worldwide, earning two Bronze Stars for valor. He served as Executive Officer and team leader for the British Special Boat Service (SBS) under JSOC, oversaw SEAL training and strategic planning, and held above Top Secret clearance for national and international operations. He was the first Navy SEAL ever spot-promoted for combat command during the Battle of Ramadi. A best-selling author of First Fast Fearless and GUTS, he has been featured in national media and The History Channel’s US Navy SEALs: America’s Secret Warriors. Holding a Master’s in Executive Leadership from the University of San Diego, he is also a keynote speaker and founder of Asymmetrical Evolution, a youth education company.
